Refund Policy

At Fit Kingdom Personal Training, we’re committed to delivering exceptional coaching and client support. Please review our refund policy below before purchasing any training package or program. All sales are considered final unless otherwise specified.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

​

Medical or Injury

If you become medically unable to continue training, you may request a pro-rated refund or credit. A doctor’s note or proof of injury is required.

​

Relocation

If you relocate more than 20 miles from our service area, you may be eligible for a refund for unused sessions. Proof of new address may be requested.

​

Program or Session Cancellation by Fit Kingdom

If we cancel a program or series of sessions, you may choose a full refund or credit toward future services, unless the trainer cancels your sessions due to inappropriate behaviors or sexual misconduct.

Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are non-refundable:

  • Completed sessions

  • Missed or late-cancelled sessions

  • Digital products (meal plans, online programs, downloads)

  • Promotional, discounted, or special-offer packages

 

Session Expiration

All sessions must be used within the time frame noted at purchase. Expired sessions are not eligible for refund or credit.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Clients must cancel sessions at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full.

​

Online Coaching Subscriptions

Subscription cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the next billing date.
Payments already processed are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at fitkingdompersonaltrainingllc@gmail.com with your name, purchase details, and reason for the request. Please allow 5–10 business days for review and process.
